A lot of people come into fall and they’re so ready to cozy up and get inside a little bit to nest and enjoy family through the holidays. Fall is also about getting back into rhythms because summer’s over and school is back in session. It allows people to get back into these rhythms, which can actually be negative when it comes to complacency connected to routines. What do you have going on in your life? Do you find yourself falling back in old habits because you’re now in the rhythm and routine of old cycles, or do you feel like you’ve been called higher?
Today, I want to talk about how God is calling you into new spaces. Ask Him for More of Him and Less of You. He will be faithful to answer.

Welcome to The F.I.T. in Faith Podcast, where we explore faith, inspiration, and transformation for a purposeful life. I’m your host, and today we’re diving into a topic that many of us can relate to as we enter the fall season.
As the leaves change colors and the air turns crisp, it’s natural for us to seek comfort and embrace the coziness of fall. We often find ourselves drawn to nesting, spending time with loved ones, and enjoying the holidays. Fall also signifies a return to routines, as summer ends and school begins. While getting back into rhythms can provide a sense of stability, it’s important to be mindful of falling into complacency and being trapped in old habits.
Have you ever noticed how easy it is to slip back into old cycles when life falls into a familiar routine? Perhaps you find yourself repeating patterns that no longer serve you, or you feel stuck in a rut. This is where our faith comes into play. We have the opportunity to recognize God’s call to step into new spaces and embrace growth.
In today’s episode, we’ll explore the idea of seeking more of God and less of ourselves. When we ask for more of Him in our lives, we open ourselves up to His guidance, wisdom, and transformation. It’s a conscious decision to let go of our own desires, ego, and self-centeredness, and instead, surrender to God’s plan for our lives.
By inviting God into our routines and rhythms, we can break free from the chains of complacency and step into a life of purpose and fulfillment. God is faithful and always ready to answer our call. He desires to lead us to new heights, challenge us, and help us grow in ways we never thought possible.
So, my dear listeners, I encourage you to reflect on your own life. Are you falling back into old habits and routines because it’s comfortable, or do you feel a stirring within your soul, a calling to something greater? It’s time to seek more of God and less of ourselves. Let’s trust in His faithfulness and allow Him to guide us into new spaces of growth, joy, and purpose.
Thank you for tuning in to this episode of The F.I.T. in Faith Podcast. Remember, as we navigate this journey together, faith and transformation go hand in hand.
