Holy WOW! I was blown away! My expectations were completley knocked out of the park and more! I am leaving this retreat learning to slow down and reallt take in and enjoy the time and this life that I have been given. Just be more present with my son and my husband. I have been trained and have worked alongside every caliber of body type and fitness level. It is my passion to provide an inclusive experience that challenges you, but also ignites fun and group synergy. With that being said, I will be daily in touch with each persons needs and have scheduled all activities to provide rest and recovery!
What should I expect with Physcial activity?
Absolutely. But I also encourage you to take this time OFF...and perhaps use "intermittent Wifi" as an excuse to pop offline for a bit to enjoy being IN TUNE with others.
Is there Wifi to answer critical work emails or family?
Every single thing on the schedule is OPTIONAL. You can choose to adventure on your own, eat a different place, partake in a different activity, however the scheduled activities are predominantly the "all-inclusive" piece of your package.
Do I have to participate in everything on the schedule?
We will have a ZOOM call about all travel details prior to our departure at the end of January so ALL questions are cleared and we are all on the same page. It will be recorded if you can't attend. I will explain the cash at that point in further detail and you can choose what you are most comfortable with! I will also have you download a conversion app for reference!
Do I need to exchange my bills in the airport?
Yes! Most days there will be open opportunity to read a book in a hammock, bask in the sun, or swim in the ocean!
Will I get any downtime?
The menu has a vast array of food...from healthy salads, to vegan, and./or local Mexican cuisine like tacos, nachos, ceviche, etc. You will have an opportunity to try a wide-variety throughout our time. We have set times for our meals based on excursions, inclusive of light breakfast, lunch and dinner.
