In today’s episode, I am a bit quiet and a bit enamored with not only the guest but his teaching. Rich Lewis is a silence teacher. Have you heard of this? A silence teacher? I mean, how amazing?
He talks about centering prayer and he teaches us how to do it. He also has an incredible book called Sitting With God, A Journey to Your True Self through Centering Prayer. It really made me wanna activate some of the truest Jesus examples of getting alone before the Lord, without speaking. It’s not a checkbox, right? It’s God just literally being able to be with you to speak over you.

Rich Lewis is an author, speaker and coach who focuses on centering prayer as a means of inner transformation.
