I posted one of my Peloton and Preach episodes as a reel, and a professional cyclist and instructor told me that I was positioned incorrectly, so I am going to check my position. That’s a word for someone this morning.
Check your position. Are you riding through life out of alignment? I don’t know. Maybe you are. Regardless, when someone gives you a natural suggestion, oftentimes in our natural, like, we might make the tweak and just go without taking any offense. Or we take offense, which we know is not a spirit of God, not a spirit of goodness, not a spirit of love, but of the enemy trying to build and erect walls between our brothers and sisters, or even internally build walls against ourselves.
The enemy doesn’t want us to know we are out of alignment, because that means that you are getting more aligned with Christ, which means moving forward. You’re going to be a weapon against him rather than the weapon that he’s been.
So today, let’s check our position!

In this episode of The F.I.T. in Faith Podcast, we explore the importance of checking our position in life and making sure we are aligned with God’s plan. We start by discussing a personal experience where a professional cyclist and instructor pointed out incorrect positioning during a Peloton ride. This experience serves as a metaphor for life, where we may be riding through life out of alignment without even realizing it.
We discuss how taking offense to constructive criticism is not in alignment with the spirit of God and can create walls between ourselves and others. We examine how the enemy wants to keep us out of alignment with Christ and how checking our position can help us become a weapon against him instead of a weapon for him.
Key takeaways:
Join us as we explore these topics and more on this episode of The F.I.T. in Faith Podcast. If you’re ready to check your position and realign yourself with God’s plan, then tune in now to discover how to become a stronger weapon against the enemy.
