One of my favorite things about The F.I.T. and Faith podcast, other than you guys, of course, listening and tagging and things like that is when you guys come on live. We go live multiple times a week on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook, and you guys were fangirling over today’s incredible guests, Heidi Powell.

You might know her from Extreme Weight Loss. You might know her from the incredible magazines or blogs that she has, or maybe just from coaching or maybe from her relationships. Heidi is an incredible mama and has been featured in so many magazines and on shows, such as GMA, Dr. Oz, The Doctors, and the list goes on.

One of my favorite things about this show is getting to go to the places that you might not hear about. She talked about being raised in a Mormon household and how she raises her children today in light of that. Heidi talked about her relationship and what she’s got going on in her entrepreneurial journeys.

Taking it a step further, TRANSFORM also launched a one-on-one coaching program where app users are paired with a certified personal coach who has a history of successful transformations and works side-by-side with Chris and Heidi.

Heidi is the co-founder of Athia Skin, alongside fellow female fitness entrepreneur, Brooke Ence. The female owned and operated company was started by Heidi and Brooke in an effort to help woman feel beautiful in their skin at any age. The rapidly growing company focuses on empowering women and supporting mothers and children with their chartable efforts.

Over the last year, Heidi expanded her portfolio of offerings into the personal development space, where Heidi coaches thousands through their personal life transformations, using her inside-out approach developed over the last two decades of experience. Her most recent and highly reputed course is titled SHOW UP, and it guides clients on rewriting their story, creating their identity, setting and achieving goals, and living the life they always dreamed of. The tagline for Show Up is “Reshape your mind, Rewrite your story, Rebuild your life,” and that’s exactly what Heidi is helping thousands of women do.
