Bonus Episode: Power of Community with Chavon Anette

You know what I love about this show, I love, I love so many things, really, but the power of community that’s just on display and the realization that we do not have to stand in a place of competition, especially with our sisters, that instead we should lean into each other, learn from each other and how we can all stand in the ultimate God vision, which is truly the ultimate God dream of just having a united, loving kingdom here on Earth as it is in heaven.

And so today I had the idea of sharing a bonus episode with you, which I’m really excited about because I had the joy of joining my girlfriend, Chavon, who was on a recent podcast. You have to check everything there is to know about her. You will love the power within her. But I was on her show, The Power and Grace Leaders podcast. So if you haven’t already gotten to know her based on the previous episode, go and check out her Power and Grace Leaders Podcast.

It’s incredible. It’s uplifting. But since I’m usually the one in the interview seat, it was nice to be the interviewee for a change. And I was on fire this specific night. I was just lighting up the mic with some overwhelming spirit and energy and light.

And you actually hear me talk about the light in the middle of it because it crashed and burned in the middle of my show. It fell literally on the floor. And I was just like, you know what, let’s keep going. And so we did. We kept pushing forward. And I just wanted to share it with you because I talk about all of the reasons that I birthed Fit and Faith and really the birthing process that God took me on in that process through the name, through the book cultivation, through ultimately what I believe is a movement.

And so thank you for being on the journey. Thank you for being along with this movement. And these are the things that I really go into – showcasing alignment, showcasing truth in the testimony, showcasing light in the dark and grit in calling, and ultimately mission and vision. So enjoy. Tune in. And no matter where you are, I hope that you know that in all of this, my ultimate heart beyond that God dream of love is that H withe gets the fame, and He gets the glory, and He has the final say.

So I hope you enjoy hearing me on the hot seat for a change, and I’d love to hear what you think. So please subscribe and review. I’m actually doing a free coaching business plan development for people who subscribe and review in the month of November.

So, I hope it’s you! Have a great day. See you soon. This is your Godwink, the moment that heaven says for such a time as this, it’s time to own your joy, prioritize your health, discover your wealth and exude your wholeness. It’s time to become truly fit. However, this isn’t a fitness podcast, though I’m a retired personal trainer and nutritionist. This isn’t business jargon or tips and tricks to landing your successful passion project, though that’s totally why I’m a business coach.

This isn’t a quick fix health detox ploy, though. I’m all for therapy and I love Whole Foods. I do have a YOLO side. Me too. This isn’t confusing religious banter, though. I’m an ordained minister still figuring out the many things and facets and faces of Jesus. It’s really none of that. So, I’m wondering if you’re wondering what is this? Well, this is an opportunity to join me alongside other big dreamers, innovative movers and lifestyle shakers as we explore and share our messy comeback stories and discoveries with each of you fellow passionate seekers.

The fit and face movement was first through my own trial and error, discovery of mind, body and soul alignment. And to be totally transparent, my own entrepreneurial crash and burn experiences. I’ve learned firsthand that being fit isn’t about our physique at all. It’s not about our qualifying abilities or titles. It’s not about our potential. It’s truly about our God gifted passions, meeting our purpose. You are one step away from achieving your idea, your dream.

You’re calling your purpose, whatever you want to call it. And I want to be there for the moment that you say yes in freedom, clarity and confidence that you are living fully fit and do and whose you were made to be. Welcome to the podcast with me, Tamara Andress. There is no better time than now to get fit. Hello, everyone, my name is Chevon in it, and I’m so excited for another segment of the power and great leaders show, I want to tell you all right, now that this week is going to be a powerful, powerful week.

And I’m excited about the first guest for this week with Tamira. I know that you all are going to really, really enjoy her testimony and enjoy her story. So without further ado, I’m going to bring up the incredible woman for tonight’s show. All right. Here we go. Hello.

Thank you for having me.

I’m so excited to be here and just meet your community and spread light and love with you because you do such a beautiful job of it. Thank you so much and I’m excited to have you and you are one who interviews people yourselves. So, having you being the one interviewed I know is different. You’re excited at the same time. It’s so true. It’s so dry. Like never have any nerves when I’m interviewing somebody outside and you’re the one and a half, like, what’s going to happen?

All right.

Well, no one has me on a journey of no control ever becoming. Always becoming.

I like to say that I love that. That’s so true. So good. So one thing I love to do when we first begin is just allow you the opportunity, whoever. I’m going to really to give us an introduction of who you are and then we’ll get into the questions right after. So if you wouldn’t mind, just tell us a little bit about who you are. Sure. Yeah.

So she said, my name is Tamara Andress and I am a women’s Christian business coach, which has been an evolution in the title of that, just like you are sharing with me. Prior to this being a show, you had other words for it. And it’s amazing how God can transform and just really gift you new things as you walk in purpose. So that’s a part of who I am. I have the Faith podcast, as you mentioned, and I’ve been doing that for a little over a year in season two, almost done with season two.

So almost two years. And that has just been beautiful and catapulted to top 150 globally and the religious and spiritual section. I’m so grateful for what God is doing in that regard. I think and believe and I’m going to speak this over you that is going to do the same with this.

It’s a beautiful thing to be able to bring women together, men as well. I know. And just share God’s love and light. And that’s what that podcast is all about. I also bring together women on retreats, and I believe we so often are going at a supersonic speed these days. And it’s time for us to really take a reset and rejuvenate. And that’s what those retreats are all about. And so I do one on one coaching group coaching and the retreats, which are our first international one, is next year into New Mexico.

And I know women out of their true comfort zone into an entire other culture and truly have an opportunity to just personally and professionally reboot. I love that. That is so incredible. So amazing. So we want to again welcome all the lady’s locutions up here with us. She said hello. So I am excited to interview you today because I just know it is going to be so good in the women are going to be blessed. So my first question for you is, when did your passion for help females activate their God given dreams begin?

So as I told you just a couple of minutes ago, I take women out of their comfort zone to help them reboot. And part of that was my own journey. God had me on. He put me in a space to really let go of a lot of things, an old way of living, an old mindset, debilitating choices. During my time of true submission, he was able to activate something within me that I didn’t even know how all the stars were going to align.

And so part of that journey, and I believe that’s what we’re called to do, right, is to share our testimony and teach by which God had an opportunity to get a hold of me in my life, how he can also do the same in others.

And so as I went through that journey process of really understanding, oh, that was my life, light to love it, shine brightly, get away from the loss of God, just literally took me on a shedding journey and releasing.

And that’s when I started realizing all of the different puzzle pieces to my life and seeing how he had intended for them to be used versus how in my fleshly self I was using them.

Wow, that is so amazing. And what I really love about your story is the fact that you are basically saying, I went through a journey and now I get the beautiful opportunity to help other women take their journey with God to walk into purpose. And so all the different things that you really articulate as things you have to overcome, things that you realize within yourself that is so important for women who are desiring to thrive in business, desiring to do things God’s way to step in as planned.

So I really, really love that. That is really also not always an easy process when you when you feel like I fell flat on my face and I do it and. He just kind of picked me up and little by little that that evolving process of transformation. I heard someone say earlier and I loved it, she said, I don’t even like to claim that I’m saved because I have I’m going through the process of salvation daily and that place of submission, that place where we’re constantly in release and saying, God, this is by you and for you and through you that I do all things.

That’s the place that he would have us be. And so even as a coach, I am constantly reminding women, like it might appear like I have all the pieces together, but this is something I’m constantly handing over to the Lord. And without that sense of alignment, which is truly where my entire journey began of mind, body and soul connectivity, I would not be the woman that I am today. I wouldn’t be in the marriage that I’m in today.

My kids wouldn’t be as fulfilled and loving and joyful as they are today. I wouldn’t have been where I am in this place. I love that so much. That alignment piece and then also realizing that, you know, you’re always striving. It’s not like we have arrived. We’re in this process. We’re on this journey with God and he’s taking us through it. And so I really love even bringing up the words definitely church lingo. I was talking to someone the other day and I said faith is very much church lingo.

What does that really mean? Let’s unpack that a little bit. And so I really love that you even brought that up. I was talking to someone about that maybe a few weeks ago or so. That’s a really, really good look. You said yes, our stories are always for others. Yeah. Just recently co-authored a book called She Writes For Him Stories of Resilient Faith. And that was a part of my first, like, releasing of the depths of my stories, because often times when we’re called to share and cause called to speak of on behalf of our testimony, it’s easy to talk about some of the things and some parts of it.

And then there’s other parts that feel still like we’re still shedding the shame or the guilt or the understanding of the true placement of where God was in those places. And so when that released just a couple months ago, I was in a place of. I did what you said, God, and I’m not sure where this is going, I don’t have to walk in this feeling anymore or these emotions. And if I can just release that, because the books already written that I was reading, so I just own it.

And I got to do that alongside twenty-five other brave women who just components of their story that they hadn’t shared out publicly. And that was a part of mine. So it’s been a beautiful season. That is amazing. That is so awesome. It’s funny because I just released a podcast today and it was called Purpose Over Comfort. And for that that is good where you are perfect right now. Example of how discomfort allow you to produce and be a part of this wonderful book, just sharing your story.

And so I talked about how purpose is literally relief in discomfort. And I literally lifted different things that I have done in my life from a place of discomfort. It’s a stretching that happens is a breaking a breakthrough that happens in those areas of discomfort. God, like, yes, I have you feel like you can’t do it in your own power. Good luck with that. Exactly.

That’s the exact point that’s on our knees for a reason and almost everything, even in the highs and the glory moments and hearing and knowing that it’s glory to glory, to glory, that that is a process that is that becoming process like we are intended to find perfection here and we are intended to truly find even the highest peak because that peak would be alongside him in heaven.

And so us realizing that even when we’re in a highest of highs in what feels like our glory days, when there’s more glory to be had in face to face with Jesus, but also sometimes that’s where like the downturn’s about to happen.

And so you still need to be on your knees because you don’t know how long you’re going to be at any place or any space of your life.

That’s so good. And I love that you said you need to be on your knees and that has everything to do with that word that you said earlier, alignment, making sure that you are in prayer, that you’re in constant communication with the father so he can continue to direct every step of your life. And it’s not good. And my understanding of the Fit and Faith podcast, when I launched that, I was co here and Cook Congruently starting to write a book, and it wasn’t the book that I had mentioned before.

And so this concept of fit and faith meant so much to me because in my becoming process, even in my salvation process of understanding who I was in the Lord and in my purpose here on Earth, I had to strip away previous mindsets. My mental health was in a state of depression and really like that fight or flight space.

I was I was fighting, and I was coping, and I was using worldly things to suppress my actual true emotion and my natural understanding of my identity. And so when I talk to women and I’m sharing with them on retreats or just individual sessions about the importance of understanding that your mental space is just as important as your physical well-being is just as important as your prayer life. And so often we live segmented because the world tells us to do that. We go to the gym so you can be the skinny or best version of yourself.

Go. And now with mental health therapy is not as shameful as it used to be. So they’re saying go in and have your meditative experience or go get realigns. But they’re only talking about one segment and that mental health space God created, just like the Trinity, the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit, Mind, Body and Soul and Spirit with full intention that we can’t just feed one portion of that we self, we’re obese and just our mental self.

We’re a professor, a professor, and we’re really smart. But that intelligence has us lacking in that submission state. And so then we’re even just filling yourself in a spiritual realm. And you are a church folk, right? Right. Can you can be limiting every other part of your capacity and your ability by which God created you. So that’s alignment. That’s knowing that you have vertical alignment. It is all parts of who you are.

I love that so much. That is so, so good. And I love how you broke down. What can happen if you only focus on one area and that is really so good is. Important is that we find ourselves focusing on all aspects of who we are and not just one particular aspect, and what you may find is, hey, I’m stronger in this area and weaker in this one. OK, so let’s work on that area as they strengthen in another way.

I really, really love that. They’re so, so good. When Jim, like, for instance, it’s it was a space for me where secular music was playing. I was focused on my mirror image, my body image, and it had nothing to do with, like, me being a good person. It was just really a fleshly desire. And that’s how it is from growing up in TV music videos. Every magazine out there and showcased model like that was the aim.

Right. And when God got a hold of me and he shook me and he actually stripped me from the mirror for 30 days, it was it was not intentional. But I couldn’t, based on the space that I was mentally and spiritually, I couldn’t even look in the mirror to brush my teeth for 30 days, for a month now. And in that time frame, I still was going to the gym. And at that point, I was almost putting on like these extra headphones because the secular music was literally killing me.

And that’s one of the reasons that I so love your husband. And what he did then is found, in his words, are what infiltrates my home and my space. But at the time, I didn’t have something like that. And so you have to go in with these headphones on with these ear plugs in to spaces in order to cultivate what God has given you as a vessel and know that it’s with purpose in your identity and has nothing to do with what the mirror says about you.

That’s so, so good. And I love that you even brought that up because it’s a kind of realm of the impact of culture. And I often talk about the impact of culture. The impact of culture is big. And what we are called to do as believers is to impact the culture and not allow the culture to impact all ends up happening. Because I always talk about, say, you give your life to Christ at twenty-three years old.

So you had from the time you were born up until twenty-three to figure out like when your own learn how to function, learn how to respond, get knowledge from other people or how you should act, how you could do certain things. And so you have to literally allow yourself to unpack, you have to allow God to treat you as an onion and peel back the layers of who you are so that he can show you who you are really cool to be.

And you are really designed to be right like that, shaping that that mold that’s at Potter’s wheel that he uses that or of knowing that he’s molding us every single day. Yes. And often if you’ve ever watched somebody on a potter’s, we all the clay is like he’s there making this beautiful formation and one wrong move turns all that to mush, start all over. But God doesn’t take all of that off the wheel and throw it to the wayside. He really purposes.

He reuses in something better and stronger and more beautiful than what somebody else, specifically the world was trying to do. That’s so good. And I like the locutions that she said culture is a big deal. We must appeal to all folks got very good. And so I really love that because that speaks to the repurposing of it. And so we like we’re on stream. You are right now. I don’t know if the people who create a stream are Christian or not, but what we’re doing what I’m doing is taking this avenue, taking this technology technological piece of whatever you want to actually spread the good news about God, about amazing women doing amazing things for the glory and honor of God.

So we take what culture gives us, but we use it for God’s glory. We don’t put on culture. We put on God and put culture. So that has to be the same. And so I am really big on impact and culture and not allowing culture to impact me. That’s very, very important as believers, because if not, we can find ourselves in compromising situations. We can find ourselves letting down our standards and letting down what God desires to do through us and in culture and allowing ourselves to kind of let culture shape us.

And the only one who should be shaping us is God.

I think that literally speaks directly into my testimony because for my entire twenties, that’s an entire decade I was an entrepreneur and not saved in that time and. Therefore, the things that I was doing in business, which is a is not a bad thing, it’s not a bad thing that God would have us cultivate our own businesses. In fact, it’s something he really admires and wants for his daughters and sons, because that is a gift within us. But I was using it and going about it in all the wrong ways.

And I wasn’t even linking arms with people because I thought it was by my own might and through my own knowledge of everything that I learned so that I wouldn’t be giving away the tips of the trade and that I would go higher because they were lower and it was just horrible and enduring.

And I didn’t feel that way. I didn’t feel like I was being a bad person. I just thought I was doing what every other business owner does. Again, cultural mindset of, you know, you’ve got to get the game and eat the game and not share it with everybody else in order to advance. So when God got a hold of me and he made me realize that power came the mindset that power of linking arms and truly understanding what sisterhood was, which I completely void of.

I have an overflow of sisters at this point in my life, and it is seriously, abundantly a gift from the Lord that I didn’t even pray for. I didn’t even know that I was missing it and then started cultivating my inner circle and then the branches thereafter. I have just seen how God has taken everything I learned in the secular world. And he says But watch this one.

God has watched when I have my watch, what I can do through you, and it’s through the other people that he puts into our lives that we become open minded to and really realizing the power of the full body of Christ who like your sister, that I can’t be all of the things that you are. You can’t be all right. And by us working together, we now have a larger ripple effect for the kingdom. Yeah, we are the kingdom shakers.

We are the culture. The culture makers. Yeah. Yeah. That’s so good. I love it. I love it. OK, ok.

My question for you now is what gave you the drive with your heart to create your pocket? That’s doing exceptionally well. You’ve done so. What gave you the heart to develop this podcast and in order to. Well, tell us a little bit about it, I don’t want to give it all. I want to us what your podcast and why you developed it. Yeah, so the concept of fit in faith was really that mind, body and soul piece that I shared earlier and wanting to one listen more, listen better.

I was in that other space, like always the one talking, and I wasn’t very good at listening. And through my season, which was a two-year time frame where I was in school learning about the power of worship.

And I’m not I was in a worship school and I am not a worshipper in the sense that I can’t sing. I wanted, but God needed to teach me this concept of worship to really just be at his feet and to learn that without speaking, without singing, because I wasn’t good at it, that he could deposit back through the podcast.

This is a space that I am completely blessed by every single day. And you probably feel the same way when you have interviews like this. You leave on a high-tech world. But one of the biggest things that I live with that I wasn’t expecting was I leave convicted every single time in some way, shape or form. The other person who’s coming to the table that I can’t even design by timing. Like it’s amazing the conversations that occur when they do.

Sure, we come into community and we set a date, but I don’t know, a month or two out that my life is going to have these specific things happening, that the world will be having these specific things happening. And yet he provides a voice on the other end. And we are tuning in to like what God has to say. And understanding his voice in his present exists. When two or more are gathered, he’s going to show up.

I love the podcast. I get to share other people’s journeys because I learned through the power of my own what it can do for others. And I just wanted to do it. I just wanted to get other people out there for them to be able to share to get out of that comfort zone, just like you said earlier, or discover their purpose further and allow other people to know that, like Christians, the saved we broke, we came from a broken place.

That’s where we came from. The same flesh that we’re currently in. We’re flesh. Yeah.

We’re no more perfect than they are. We’re just common people living in a way that would have gone proud of his daughter. And that’s so good. So it’s just, it’s a it’s a movement to me now.

It’s not just a podcast. It’s not just a retreat. It’s mine. And I want to activate women and men and illuminate their lives in a way that they would understand their passion, that they would see their purpose. But instead of just knowing that for themselves that they would activate it into the world. And this activation factor is the same way that all the leaders on your show are activating. It’s just uniquely ours and it’s like a puzzle pieces. No one’s the same, just like your identity of your thumbprint.

No one’s the same. Our hair lines are not the same, the balance is the same. And that’s the celebration, the whole celebration of humanity. And that’s where that concept of race and all the conversations that have been going on. You guys. Doesn’t matter what color you are. Yeah. Or uniquely designed and beautiful and purposed in there. You are all uniquely called just the same.

That’s so good with my heart. I like I could talk about it. That’s so good. And like you said, listening is key. That is good stuff. And look, we have some hands raised by moving and so you are just really blessing us today just to hear your heart behind your podcast. I love that you said it’s not even just a podcast. It is a movement. I love that so, so much. And then I love that you speak to the point that is the people’s opportunity to share their stories.

And that’s what I love. And I remember when I interviewed Real Talk him a while back, my mentor, someone ended up interviewing me and they said we would love to hear your story. And I said, well, that’s why I do what I do to hear stories. I want to show the person’s journey, because the reason why we are charged by other people’s story is because it’s like, wow, they’re human, just like me. And if they can see success and that’s what I’m showing on this show for women.

If you can see another woman making strides, seeing success, driving past fear of rejection, but that’s all of these things that the enemy literally tries to bombard us with so we don’t walk in purpose. If you can see other women can do it unless, you know, I can do it to the woman who I love. So, so much that was so good and this fun and, you know, as it as your show continues to evolve, there’s just so many angles that God’s going to show up in and in, like the post-processing part of it.

So it’s like so technical. But when I get to reflect that moment of reflection on the conversation, when I then create the introduction, it blesses me in such a way that I can just listen to the first three minutes of the show. And I’m like, boom, like drop.

Because the people that are on the show, they come from all backgrounds, the systems, they come from all types of churches and denominations and cultures and all of the things. And I didn’t plan for that. It just happened.

And I love that we have the ability that God has the ability to infiltrate hearts in a way that our voices can’t. Yeah. Why the power of community? The power of the body is so much more than we can comprehend. I love that so much. You are so, so right about that. The power of the body. I mean, if it wasn’t so much power in the body, it wouldn’t have been in the world. The fact that it is in the world, it was a lesson that is meant to be learned, understood and applied.

The importance of us coming together as a community, as a team, as a body. That’s how we’re going to make change happen.

Yeah, and it’s as you’re saying, that I’m visualizing because I’m such a visual learner guide why the visions and pictures is the power of the body.

Like that’s this right here just as much as it is all of us.

And so if this isn’t healthy and we’re not able to treat ourselves and fuel ourselves and have that self-care and have those places of really pulling out and pouring in and operate as a full community, as a full body collectively, because that person’s broken, we have to show up as best we can in that full alignment so that when we are needed to be leaned on as a crutch for that other believer who’s strong, that we’ve got the strength to hold them up.

So it’s so much more when I say body, like mind and soul, like it’s everything that we can nurture and treat it as if our life and the lives of others depended on it.

I love that they’re so good and I love what just is ringing out to me that you said show up. And that’s the thing. We need each other to show up. You need me to show up. I need you to show up. We need people to be able to come and show up. So that alignment is key. I love that you are coming right back to it because it’s about what God has revealed to you. And we love that.

We have to show up together. We have to show up together. And so my next question for you is, you are a Christian business coach. You share that with us. So what does that normally entail? What does maybe a session with you look like? I love this.

So I had it in a moving session with someone earlier. And I got to I mentioned the puzzle before, but she had all these puzzle pieces and she had already put them into play, like on let’s say we’re working with a table. Right. And she just like had random pieces mapped out and she was working. And she’s like, I’m I have this amazing idea. And I know it’s a ministry and I know that I’m serving and I’m helping women.

And yet I have no idea how I’m supposed to make this happen as a fruitful business for me for my life and for my family moving forward.

So I said, you know what my job is going to be. And I didn’t even tell her at the beginning. I got to show her in hindsight. Let me show you what we just did. We mapped out the vision, the God vision, the God she has had within her for a long time coming. And I said, look at what he’s already put inside of you.

All these gifts, these dreams that you want to be a speaker, that you want to be on stages, that you want to start a podcast, that you want to have E courses like other people, that you want to have one on one coaching and you want to have conferences, you want to have a swag. You want to have the boxes that you want to give to people.

All of these ideas, people feel intimidated by them because they don’t know what to do with those puzzle pieces. Yeah, my job to help you create the frame.

I love it personally more by what you’re going to be able to place those puzzle pieces with purpose so that other people understand the vision of what your life is supposed to look like. Yeah. So my word that I say for myself is a illuminator that I’m going to lose. Later, Mike Unnikrishnan, business coach, but if I could get rid of those words so that people could hear my heart, I just truly believe that we all have that inner light that we’re meant to sit on.

The lamp stands and we’re meant for that. That basket to be removed and for you to shine brightly. And so it’s like not to remove the basket. It’s my job, our purpose. And you are called, and you are worthy. And I want to see you shine for all the people that God’s already placed around you and all the people that are coming your way because he is the one calling, he’s the one shining through you. So it’s eliminating him within you.

That’s my job. And I literally am honored for it. And I specifically chose the niche of women. And I specifically said, I want to work with Christian women because I want to be in congruence with your prayer life. I want to pray with you inside you. And I want to say yes to the things that God has already said. Yes. In your life to that you’re afraid to say yes to someone.

I want to call and help you with my vision. And I just love it. There’s nothing better to see women than the girl that I was on the call with earlier, like her eyes lighting up and those bulbs in our home that we clicked on. And she’s like, I had no idea what I was holding on to.

And I’m like, you’ve already done, you know, three quarters of this. Let’s put them back together in line. I love that. That is so amazing. I love the illuminator. I love that. That is so, so good. And, you know, I also love the fact that you said it’s a puzzle like you have all of these different pieces. And so you’re helping to create the frame so that you know how to come in and put everything together.

And with that, I love that you said that you want to come in alignment with what God has already said for them. And that is so, so powerful is social life changing for that one that’s on the call with you. So I know that that has to be an incredible experience. And then not only that, to allow someone to see what’s already on the inside of lives, because sometimes we are so busy looking out that we don’t look and we don’t look up, not clearly.

And so you are helping people to see clearly what’s in them as well as what God wants to do in and through their lives. So that’s really incredible. It’s so cool. When you hear somebody up there, you’re like, yeah, I do. It’s amazing.

And in the cool thing about this is there’s so many opportunities to work with me, but also to work with the community of women. I call them Passionist, as I call it, all fashionistas, because we are so passionate about the things that God has gifted us.

And it’s no shame that you can’t figure out exactly how to make that activated. And so that’s the entrepreneurial space. That’s what God has gifted me.

That’s where he had me even when I didn’t know he had me their purpose and planned. And now to be able to instead of holding on to those things, like I told you I did in the last decade of my life, I am literally just like, take it off. You have it. Here you go. Let’s expand the kingdom. Let’s work together.

Let’s share and collaborate and communicate and just pray for each other that you take those confusing puzzle pieces. And this is a key factor in that I hope somebody listening can pick up on it so often in that same segmentation as our mind, body and soul. We think this gift is just a hobby or this gift is just something I with my life and the rest of the world would never value it. Wow.

Why is that the exact thing that God intended for you to discover within yourself, that you can serve the world in that way. So it might not feel to you that it’s a business, but I can tell you I could make it a business. And that was come to me and I’ll help. But it’s not about it’s not about the money in that regard. And that’s a very important factor that I have to understand.

It’s a valuation exchange. You could do what you love for free and God will bless you. And treasures will be stored in heaven for you. And you will have wealth that lasts generations because his legacy, his name and your life is what is being illuminated. You just have to release it. You have to go of the fear factor is the limiting beliefs that you were on about. I’m scared. I doubt myself. I’m worried. What if somebody else doesn’t?

What if somebody else doesn’t do enough? Well, that matters at the end of the day. Yeah. So I just I can light up a room with all of this excitement, but I just want women to know. I want men to know. I don’t know who your target audience is, is that they are called and purposed and it’s already with. It’s the discovery process, I love that so much and my passion and my target audience is the ladies and the women, and I love that you I mean, you’re just sharing so much good wisdom and your heart is just really exuding out with everything you share.

And I love that you said it’s God’s legacy. It’s God’s legacy. Are we building God’s legacy in the things that we are doing? And I really love that you say, hey, let’s deal with the fear factor. Let’s deal with these things that stop us and block us. And even when what you said about the hobbies and interests that you think, oh, nobody really thinks anything of how God can really do something with that, how you can start people with it.

My husband ended up turning on to Eric Thomas video today, and so we were watching it and he was talking about basically the appreciation of what God is giving you. And so it was really good when he said something that really stood out to me. He said that if you have this beautiful smile, do you not know that God can use you even with your smile, that there could be purpose attached to even your smile? He said you cannot say anything is basically off limits or off the table from what God has for your life or how God wants to use you.

And I was like, what? I never thought of it that way. But really, it’s really amazing that we can’t put limits on God. We can’t basically say, oh, that’s insignificant. That, yeah, would cause our little piece is significant. He handcrafted you or you were in your mother’s room and he knows even still, even in the place where you are having those limiting beliefs and the enemy has a hold of you, he his plan still reigns.

Yes, this promise is still true. And this is ultimately our freedom. And so we say we’re saved. It’s we’re saved from a pit of health care, saved from the fact that we don’t have to stand in shackles anymore. That smile, it’s not fake. Yeah, grouted joy. It’s not happiness. It’s a deep rooted. We have a place and a purpose here on Earth as it is in heaven.

And that is a freedom factor that you can’t once you see it, once you understand there is no enemy that can stand in my way, that can stand in your way. Right.

For us to accomplish what God has put in our soul that so good, the freedom factor. I love it. And like you should say, man, help us understand what’s inside of us. And it looks like Ronda’s said, love it. Great stuff. All right. So people are definitely being blessed by everything that you are sharing with us today. So my next question, and it’s really my final question for today, for our time together is what advice would you really leave with women and leadership?

What advice? Work on overflow mean work out of overflow, if you are feeling exhausted, you can’t pour out of an empty cup.

God is the sustainer, he is the living water. Who will fill your cup. So go to his word, go to his feet, go to the places mentally, physically and spiritually that he had you go so that you are the best version of yourself. Every time that you are pouring out, make sure that you always go back to be filled up because you just can’t do it otherwise. That’s so, so good. That’s so important. I love that so much.

That is great advice. That is great advice. So ladies, and if there’s a gentleman up here with us, thank you for tuning in with us. If you believe that this will bless someone else, please, please, please make sure you share. So one thing I love to do is pray out before we finish, but I would love for you to just share with them how they can connect with you and follow you. You know, you never know.

Someone might say, look, I need her to win this coach. I love it. I hope it will get a free community of kingdom fashionistas that you can connect with any day of the week, any hour of the week. It’s an app in and of itself. So I’ll provide that link to Chavon after the show. You guys can jump in there. You can go to my website at TamraAndress.com. I’m on Instagram Tamira André’s fitness podcast, if you want to tune in to that and hear other people’s stories of illumination.

And yeah, I’m mainly on the ground, so hang out. OK, I’ll see.

OK, thank you so, so much for having us. This has truly been wonderful, wonderful. And so we can definitely see how you are be illuminated because I feel illuminated by the reception even though my dropped and it’s like you are like you did it today. So let’s go ahead and just pray for a while. We finally got in the name of Jesus. God, we just thank you today. God, we thank you for your faithfulness in your goodness.

God, we thank you for this conversation. God, we thank you, God for Miss America. We thank you God for her being your illuminator. God, thank you for the legacy that she is building with you. God, I think you right now, God in the name of Jesus for her podcast, God, we pray, God, that you would just continue to allow her to experience growth and abundance. God continue to pour into her as she continues to pour into other even with her coaching that I just think you right now, God, for all that you’re doing through her life.

Thank you for the light that literally exudes off of her. God, thank you. Right now, God, I pray God in the name of Jesus that you would give her the very desires of her heart. God, just as your worth, is that you will do for those who walk up rightly. And God, I pray for everyone who tuned in today. God, I pray right now, God, that they would step into that freedom factor, that they would live the life God that you have basically give it to us that you have made available to us through Christ Jesus.

I pray right now God in the name of Jesus, that we have the money to do it your way, that we would connect as a body and God, that we wouldn’t even segment our life. But God, we will be considerate of every area of our life being in our way and living in a way that honors you. God, we thank you. We honor you and we praise you for what you’re going to do in and through our lives.

God, we take all the limitations off and we say yes to your will and we say yes to your way. God, we love you. We honor you and we bless you tonight. And Jesus, she’s a man, a man, a man, a power and community in the body. Girl, I’m so grateful to be in community with you. Oh, and don’t forget Shavon coming on the podcast of her or down to the nitty gritty here.
